ABOUT ME

My name is Laura van der Zee and I’m an independent filmmaker based in the Netherlands. With a passion for both animation and live-action, I’ve created multiple short films that have been showcased at prestigious festivals worldwide. 

My films have been featured at renowned festivals such as the Nederlands Film Festival, Bucheon International Animation Festival, and Beeston Film Festival. My animation, Through the Eyes of You, was honored with a nomination for Best Animation at the LA Festival of Cinema.

My latest film IUD has received multiple nominations and awards.
